We had session 2 of our webinar series, Noontime Knowledge with NDI, this week! This session focused on setting your custom home budget and the construction loan process. This is such a critical step in the custom home building process because it sets the foundation for everything else. Knowing your budget allows us to get you exactly what you want!

I am so excited to announce we will be releasing a brand new Estate Series home design in the next few weeks. This new design features a 1st floor owner’s suite and over 4700 square feet!
