A Word From Jen…Lincoln Spec Lot Cleared + NEW Floor Plan Reveal Coming Soon!

NEW Design Coming Soon! We will be releasing a brand new home design in the next 2 weeks! This cute home is everything you would want – open concept, but plenty of flex space to make your own. The inside will remind you of our Clarendon Model, and the outside? Perfect Modern Farmhouse design. Here’s a sneak peek of the exterior…

This home is 30′ wide but you would never know it – over 3200 square feet, 5 bedrooms (including a guest suite on the main level), flex space and a large primary bedroom.

The name of this design is The Lincoln. Have you ever wondered how we name our designs? The names have mainly been derived from local neighborhoods in Northern Virginia. As a NOVA native, I love this tradition! So, when we started planning and designing this new design we would ultimately build on our spec lot on Lincoln Avenue, it just made sense to name it The Lincoln. What do you think? Clever, corny, or just unoriginal?
