Open House This Weekend

Sherwood Model In Arlington Complete!

We finished another beautiful Sherwood Model this week – this is fast becoming a favorite among clients with narrow lots.

I love the screen porch they added to the side.

Lots of great storage in this plan, including a Family Mud Room/Drop Zone. There is a large closet opposite the bench/cubbies and hooks.

The “H” Family who built this beauty also added the 3rd floor loft which is an easy way to gain another bedroom and more above grade square footage.
