A Word From Jen…Recent Settlement Pictures + NEW Flooring Selections

Thank you for joining me for my weekly feature, “A Word From Jen…”, which is a short touch point I post each week to keep you informed about what’s happening around NDI, the market, and even in my own house. Here we go!

Did you see the eclipse on Monday? I was attending the settlement of our recently completed McLean Hamlet model during the eclipse. I will always remember handing the keys over to these wonderful clients as the eclipse was taking place. So cool!

We opened this beautiful McLean Hamlet for guided tours a few weeks ago, and everyone who walked through this home, loved it! In case you missed it, here are some photos!

I am so happy to announce that new flooring selections have been added to our signature features and are INCLUDED in our base prices. No builder grade selections here!

We have such a wonderful selection of ceramic and porcelain tiles in varying sizes (including 12×24) that are included in the base price of every NDI home. And look at this wonderful collection of mosaic, penny and subway tiles. Those penny & octagon tiles are a standard selection for shower floors!

And when it comes to hard surface flooring, we have so many wonderful offerings including solid wood (both oak and maple), engineered wood, laminate, and LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). Everything you see in this pic a standard flooring selection. WOW!
