Thank you for considering building a custom home with NDI! We love working with clients, and we look forward to building a home, together.

The NDI process is built on time-tested sales and construction practices. Clients start off working with our Sales Manager to select their model (or to present us with their custom design) and make adjustments to the plan as needed. After your plans are submitted, you will work with our Design Consultant who will help you make selections for your new custom home – everything from granite to cabinets to flooring. When you finish making selections, you will work with our Construction Team, meeting on site at every important stage in the construction process.
